The idea of this book on the great wines of Bordeaux emerged in 1992, in order to answer two questions : Which are the best wines in every vintage ? Whe, is the best moment to uncork a bottle ? Wine-lovers are increasingly demanding and do not want to be mistaken when opening an expensive bottle.
